Choose a photograph you took, add a display name, drink, brew method and useful caption, then submit it for moderation. JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 8 MB are accepted.
What does the community rating measure?+
It is a friendly visual rating of how inviting the finished drink looks, from one to five. It is not a technical score for flavour, extraction or equipment quality, because those cannot be verified from a photograph.
Does every photo appear immediately?+
No. Home Coffee Index reviews submissions before publication to reduce copied images, spam, unsafe content and accidental personal-information exposure.
Do I need perfect latte art to take part?+
No. Espresso, Americano, filter coffee, pod coffee, moka pot brews and first attempts are all welcome. A useful caption and an honest home-coffee moment matter more than a perfect rosetta.
Can I remove a photograph later?+
Yes. Use the Home Coffee Index contact form and identify the display name and caption. The photograph and associated public details can be removed after the request is checked.
How can my coffee receive better feedback?+
Use natural light, keep the cup in focus, avoid heavy filters and explain the beans, machine or method. Never include a full address, children or people who have not agreed to appear.
